Community Re-connection & Ban Appeals

Our mission to end the killing of shelter animals often puts us in the sights of those who do not share our values. To keep this a safe space for advocates, we maintain a strict moderation policy.

However, we recognize that in the process of clearing out bad actors, genuine supporters can sometimes be blocked by mistake. If you feel your access was restricted due to a misunderstanding or an accidental click during a "troll attack," we want to hear from you.

Our Policy:

  • We have zero tolerance for animal cruelty or threats.
  • We welcome passionate debate, provided it remains respectful to our mission.
  • Deliberate undermining by posting mainstream kill-enabling myths triggers bans.
  • Appeals are reviewed by a human team member.

Please fill out the proper form, and we will review your request as soon as possible.

When filling out form, be sure to include: 

  • Full Name
  • Social Media Handle (Username): (So we can find and unban you).
  • Reason for Appeal: "Please briefly describe the situation or why you believe the block was an error."
